Parent Responsibilities

Supportive Sideline Presence
Parents are expected to be positive role models on the sidelines, offering encouragement to all players and respecting the decisions of coaches and officials.

Timely Communication
Maintain open lines of communication regarding attendance, injuries, or any concerns through your designated Warriors FC team communication app.

Financial Obligations
Ensure all seasonal dues and tournament fees are paid according to the pre-established schedule to support club operations and facility upkeep.

Volunteer & Event Support
Warriors FC relies on community effort. Parents are encouraged to assist with team events, fundraisers, and field maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and support all players and coaches on the field.
- Refrain from using foul or abusive language toward officials, opponents, or other spectators.
- Respect the decisions of the umpires and allow the coaches to interact with the officials.
- Encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating courtesy and respect to all.
- Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all team events and facilities.

Communication Expectations
THE 24-HOUR RULE
To ensure constructive dialogue, Warriors FC observes a strict 24-hour rule. Parents must wait 24 hours after a game or practice before contacting a coach to discuss playing time, strategy, or grievances. This period allows all parties to process emotions and approach conversations with clarity and professionalism.
OFFICIAL CHANNELS
All official team updates, schedule changes, and logistical information will be communicated through the Team App and registered parent emails. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and notifications are enabled to stay informed of last-minute field adjustments or uniform requirements.
Attendance & Commitment
Warriors FC competes at an elite level, requiring a high degree of dedication from both players and parents. Consistency is key to individual development and team success.
Practice
Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled practices. Missing training sessions hinders technical development and affects team cohesion. Consistency in practice translates to performance on the field.
Games
Regular season and scrimmage games are mandatory. Players must arrive at the fields at the designated warm-up time to ensure they are mentally and physically prepared for competition.
Tournaments
Full availability for local and regional tournaments is required. Tournament schedules are vital for exposure and competitive experience; absences impact the entire roster's game plan.

Warriors FC is committed to the highest standards of player safety. Our comprehensive protocols include mandatory health screenings, concussion awareness training for all coaches, and strict adherence to heat illness prevention guidelines. We maintain an environment where player welfare is never compromised for the sake of completion.
Equipment & Uniform Expectations
Warriors FC takes pride in our appearance on and off the field. Players are required to have all official team gear and maintain it to a high standard.

Closure Protocols
Field closures are determined by local park authorities and club officials based on playing conditions and safety standards. In the event of inclement weather (lightning, extreme heat, or heavy rain), sessions may be canceled or moved to indoor peak facilities. We prioritize the health and safety of our athletes above all schedules.
How We Communicate
All weather updates are communicated primarily through our official Warriors FC social media channels. We aim to post all final field status updates by 1:00 PM on weekdays and two hours before the first game on weekends. Please ensure your notifications are enabled to receive immediate alerts.
Pickup Protocols
To ensure athlete safety, parents must be present for pickup 15 minutes before the end of practice or games. Coaches are instructed to remain at the field until every player has been collected by an authorized guardian.
Carpool Coordination
We encourage parents to coordinate carpools for away games and tournaments. All carpool arrangements should be communicated to coaches to ensure staff and management are aware of travel groups for safety purposes.
